I'm glad this is finally back. I'm glad this season we'll see Asirpa and Sugimoto together again, it's too bad the miso he got for her had to be used as a weapon, it would have been great to see her excited about "poop".

It's funny how this series can be so intense and serious one moment then switches to comedy the next, it was amusing to see Sugimoto with the sniper talking to each other and drawing about the whereabouts of Ogata and what they've been through. Sugimoto sucks at drawing lol.

Koito really took a moment to fix his hair in the middle of being targeted by a sniper lol.

I wonder if Kadokura really is unlucky or he just never realized the blessings that came from his "bad" luck.

Comedy in this show is always on point, and even when the timing seems odd, it always seems to fit somehow, lol

yeah the way the writer insert comedic timing is pure gold (no pun intended) I love how Sugimoto & the Russian sniper were trying to kill each other & the next thing they're interacting like kindergarten talking with their drawings

Yeah there are series where it feels jarring for me when they try to do it but Golden Kamuy have smooth transitions.

Yeah seeing Koito worrying about fixing his hair when there's a sniper shooting outside was funny 😂

That & Shiraishi imagery of gettin cover from the sniper thinking the crows would come flocking to the food he was throwing an instead just a few lil bids came & then he took a look and. Noticed how cute they all were😂🤣

Yea there's very few anime this good these days. I should say imo..
I actually stopped the manga(like I did with Kingdom)because the anime was so good I didn't want to spoil it.

Ya my friend told me about it when it released and said I'd probably enjoy it. I mean it's not like we ever see an anime about the Ainu or about events occurring around the Russian / Japanese war nor a whole lot of anime. It was great to see something unique and every character seemed to have their own quirks and adult raunchy humor to this I hope the creator eventually develops another unique anime eventually.

Iruma-kun S3 starts this Saturday, on the 8th.

I looked up my anime list like a week ago so I kind of just was thinking of approximately and stating it just for something to look forward to. Fall looks like it's going to be a good season.

Golden Kamuy is always so much fun. I might rewatch the whole series from the beginning once the anime fully cycles through the manga.
